AquaGym Fitness is back with another fast-paced interval style workout.  Rolling Pyramids is a 50-minute high intensity water workout that can be done in either deep or shallow water.  The water’s resistance is plenty, but webbed gloves or other drag equipment can be used.  The exercises in this workout are timed ladder style, with ascending and descending times.

Summertime is here and we wanted to let you know about everything new and exciting with the Poolfit Water Exercise App.  Since September 2020, 26 new pool workouts have posted and the Poolfit team has been busy releasing new features, such as trial workouts, categories, search, favorites and Chromecast/Airplay support, as well as an android version of the app.
