Join Katy for some Tabata training in the pool that focuses on both cardio and total body conditioning. Each of the 8 Tabata rounds focuses on different muscle groups and styles of training. This 45-minute water workout can be performed in both deep and shallow water. The water’s resistance is the only equipment you need.

The audio workout can be purchased without a video subscription, but please keep in mind that the best fitness experience would be to VIEW the full video for complete understanding of the verbal cues. There is no commitment to a video subscription beyond one month ($15.95).
