Canceling your Subscription

Please do not contact PoolFit to cancel your subscription. All subscribers are responsible for managing their account online.
IMPORTANT! Please cancel via the platform you signed up on.
Poolfit Website - if you subscribed on the website, please login to website, click MY ACCOUNT > Cancel Subscription
IOS App - if you subscribed in the App Store and your billing is through Apple, login to app, click on Settings, click Manage Subscription
Android App - if you subscribed in the Play Store, you can either cancel within the app or on the website.

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 1 day prior to your billing date (before 8:00pm) to avoid non-refundable charges. Your billing date is prominently displayed in your account settings.

Delete Account

If you wish for your account to be completely deleted from our systems please email us at: and include the email address your account is under. Per our privacy policy your account will be deleted within 90 days.
