Canceling your Subscription
Important: All subscribers are responsible for managing their own accounts — including
canceling their account. Do not email support to cancel your account.
IMPORTANT! Please cancel via the platform you signed up on.
PoolFit Website subscribers - If you subscribed on the PoolFit website To CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION,
CHANGE PASSWORD or PAYMENT INFO — log into the website - https://poolfit.tv/ Click on MY ACCOUNT.
PoolFit App iOS subscribers If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, To CANCEL, MANAGE
SUBSCRIPTION or CHANGE PASSWORD — log into the app — click on Settings in the bottom right corner. Tap
on 'Manage Subscriptions' to manage your subscription.
PoolFit App Android Subscribers if you subscribed via the Google Play Store To CHANGE PASSWORD or
— log into the app — click on Settings in the bottom right corner. To cancel you subscription you must
follow these instructions from Google Play: Instructions.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 1 day prior to your billing date (before 8:00pm) to avoid non-refundable charges. Your billing date is prominently displayed in your account settings.
Delete Account
If you wish for your account to be completely deleted from our systems please email us at: support@poolfit.tv and include the email address your account is under. Per our privacy policy your account will be deleted within 90 days.
