Cardio Core Circuit

This 45-minute pool workout rotates between blocks of cardio movements and core exercises. A noodle is required for performing the core segments in shallow water. A flotation belt is sufficient in deep water; however, a noodle is helpful for the planking exercises.

The audio workout can be purchased without a video subscription, but please keep in mind that the best fitness experience would be to VIEW the full video for complete understanding of the verbal cues.
