Deep Water Drills

Join Katy for high intensity interval training (HIIT) in the deep end. This pool workout features 6 different segments of HIIT training, including AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, Strength and more, while utilizing hand buoys, noodles and webbed gloves.

The audio workout can be purchased without a video subscription, but please keep in mind that the best fitness experience would be to VIEW the full video for complete understanding of the verbal cues.
