This 45-minute total body strength workout can be performed with or without drag equipment. Each working block includes three moves, one each for upper body, lower body and core. The three moves are performed with three descending timing ratios. The shorter the timing, the harder you are encouraged to work your muscles. Each block concludes with a 60-second high intensity cardio burst to keep the workout at a breathless pace. Drag Equipment is encouraged but optional.

The audio workout can be purchased without a video subscription, but please keep in mind that the best fitness experience would be to VIEW the full video for complete understanding of the verbal cues.
