Leg Day

This 20-minute leg workout with a noodle is broken into two parts. In the first segment, one or both feet are placed on the noodle for a series of lower body exercises using buoyant resistance. This workout is labeled advanced because placing both feet on the noodle is for more advanced participants. In the second segment the noodle is placed behind the upper back for three super sets designed to burn the leg muscles out.
