Metabolic Circuit

This workout features Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon), a popular form of high-intensity exercise combining cardio and strength and performed for a short amount of time. Join Stephanie T in either the deep or shallow end of the pool for a powerful 15-minute MetCon burst that will leave you breathless and burning calories long after your exercise session.
