Noodle Core & More

Join Jenni Lynn for 50-minute pool workout that will challenge your core, muscular endurance, balance and more. Utilizing a medium density noodle, this workout will take you through a series of exercises holding the noodle for resistance (tied and untied), placing it under the feet for leg work and balance, as well as seated and behind the back positions for challenging core work.

The audio workout can be purchased without a video subscription, but please keep in mind that the best fitness experience would be to VIEW the full video for complete understanding of the verbal cues.
