Challenge your cardio endurance with trios of water exercises that increase in duration and vary in intensity as each trio is structured with a hard, harder and hardest progression. Performed deep or shallow, this variable intensity interval training (VIIT) pool workout is designed to increase metabolism and improve overall stamina.
