Pyramids & Tabata

Burn calories and tone muscles in this shallow water workout which features high intensity interval training (HIIT/Tabata)) using the pool wall, combined with much longer segments of muscular endurance that are taught pyramid/ladder style. The water’s resistance is plenty, but upper body drag equipment can be used for the pyramid strength segments.
