Stacked Wall
This 45-minute pool workout begins with one wall exercise performed at high intensity for 60 seconds. After a brief rest, another wall exercise is performed for 60 seconds, followed by the previous exercise. The stacking of high intensity exercises continues for a total of 8 wall moves.
The audio workout can be purchased without a video subscription, but please keep in mind that the best fitness experience would be to VIEW the full video for complete understanding of the verbal cues.
