Water Exercise Videos can be downloaded in the Poolfit app so that you can take your mobile or tablet poolside and exercise. If you have a TV in your pool area, you can cast the app to a larger TV screen using the Chromecast dongle. There are over 260 water exercise videos on the the Poolfit app, with a wide variety of workouts for all fitness levels.
