This video includes the two buoy segments from the 2 Buoy Water Workout.  We created this shorter video to keep in your Downloads for those days you want to add some extra strength and core training.  Or combine the 1 Buoy & 2 Buoy Express Workouts for a full workout with foam dumbbells.

The concept of the “15-Minute Video” series was to provide separate optional activities that that can be combined with other full length Poolfit workouts.  The 15-20 minute videos target flexibility, core training and muscle conditioning, as those are the activities that most subscribers want to add in conjunction with cardio workouts. 

Let us know if you have suggestions for other 15-Minute water exercise activities that you would like to incorporate into your training regimen.  Subscriber suggestions are encouraged and welcomed.
