Protect Your Feet!Image

Exercising in shallow water can still cause impact on your joints.  It is a good idea to cushion the impact with a good pair of water shoes. Feet are more supported and protected during exercise when water shoes are worn. Diabetics should definitely protect their feet against the rough surface of the pool bottom, as they are more vulnerable to feet issues.   There are a wide variety of water shoes to choose from.

Stay tuned!  The PoolFit Marketplace will launch in January 2019.  The marketplace will feature aquatic fitness products and equipment, user reviews and links to purchase from 3rd party affiliates.  Water shoes will be featured prominently in the marketplace.
