Enjoy water walking? Join Aquatic Fitness Training Specialist, Monique Acton, for Water Walking for Posture & Balance. If you like to water walk, you will love the innovative exercises and variations that this 60-minute water fitness video provides. Changing up your routine will help you achieve better fitness results.

Water walking is a favorite activity for many people because it is gentler exercise without the impact. But don’t be fooled, this video includes water walking exercises that will challenge your coordination, muscular endurance and core stability. The slower pace and the variations of the strides will engage postural muscles more effectively. In addition to being an international educator and presenter, Monique is an aquatic personal trainer and has been training clients in the pool for over 25 years. Water Walking for Posture & Balance showcases some of the exercises she uses in her aquatic personal training sessions. She owns her own training business, The Personal Health Trac, in Venice, Fl.  Below, Monique expands on the workout, and then read a summary of the exercise segments.
