SHALLOW WATER BOXING & COMBAT POOL WORKOUT.  This 50-minute water exercise video alternates rounds of boxing and combat/martial arts for a fun and challenging cardio & conditioning pool workout. The boxing rounds target upper body with speed and power, while the combat rounds focus more on lower body with slower, controlled movement. Equipment is not required, but webbed swim gloves or other aqua boxing gloves would be ideal for maximizing the water’s resistance.
