DEEP WATER PILATES EXERCISES. This 15-minute water exercise video features aqua Pilates-inspired exercises that target the abs and hips. Performed in the deep end of the pool, this video is ideal for combining with another pool workout using the Poolfit playlist feature. You’ll need a flotation belt and a pair of hand buoys.
