SHALLOW WATER AQUA PILATES. Lengthen and strengthen muscles in this 50-minute water exercise video that adapts traditional mat and reformer Pilates exercises to the pool. Core training is prominently featured in this workout, but there is also flow for upper body and lower body, as well as jump training that mimics exercises on a jump board in a Pilates studio.
