AquaGym Trifecta

DEEP OR SHALLOW TOTAL BODY CARDIO TONING.  This 52-minute water exercise video can be enjoyed in deep or shallow water and is divided into three segments: upper body, core and lower body. Taught at a brisk pace, this pool workout provides both cardio and muscle conditioning results. The workout can be done without equipment, however, drag resistance (webbed gloves or Aqualogix hand bells) is used in the video for the upper body segment, and foam dumbbells are used in the core segment.
