DEEP WATER EXERCISE. Join Lori for a 45-minute deep water workout that targets strength, cardio, core and more with a circuit approach that includes six “waves” of exercise. Each Wave consists of 1:00 minute of upper body strength, 2:00 minutes of cardio, :30 seconds of high intensity and 1:30 minutes of core training. Webbed gloves are ideal for intensifying this workout in the deep end.
