SHALLOW WATER CARDIO CORE WORKOUT. This 40-minute water exercise video combines cardio, strength and core training into a “CorDio” experience. Designed for the shallow end of the pool, in this workout you will burn calories and strengthen muscles simultaneously, especially the muscles of the core. A pool noodle, a pair of foam dumbbells and Aqualogix drag bells are used in three of the segments. The drag bells are optional. They just add more resistance.
