SHALLOW WATER DANCE, AGILITY, TONING. D.A.T.-H2O features Poolfit’s newest instructor, Ronnie Miller.  This 50-minute pool workout blends segments of three style of exercise. The D.A.T. stands for 1. Dance fitness 2. Agility high intensity drills 3. Training (muscle conditioning).  Foam dumbbells and Aqualogix lower body fins are used in the training segments, but feel free to use equipment on hand or go without.
