We chose this video as a FREE WORKOUT because in addition to intermediate/advanced level workouts, Poolfit also has many workouts dedicated to less advanced participants or those recovering from injury/surgery, such as water walking, arthritis exercise, stretching, yoga, light cardio, toning and more. Designed with exercises from AEA’s Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program, this deep water workout can be done at a lower intensity as gentle exercise for joint range of motion and stretching, or with more vigor as an aerobic workout. (A flotation belt is required) The end result is zero-impact exercise that moves the body in all directions. Your body will feel great after this Deep Revive.
