SHALLOW WORKOUT USING DRAG & BUOYANT EQUIPMENT. This 45-minute pool workout provides and advanced total body workout using both drag and buoyant resistance, in pairs and unilaterally. For drag resistance, the Aqualogix belles are used, but webbed gloves or no equipment can be substituted. For buoyant resistance, foam dumbbells are used, but a cut up piece of noodle can be substituted.
