SHALLOW WATER WORKOUT - HEALTHY JOINT EMPHASIS. This is a regular 50-minute pool workout that includes cardio, HIIT, muscle endurance, pool noodle barre exercises, and core training. The twist is that this entire water workout is stocked with arm and leg movements from the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (AFAP).
