SHALLOW WATER EXERCISES. This 20-minute water exercise video features three ways to get fit in the pool with kicks, punches and crunches. When short on time, this is a good workout to target legs, arms and abs. Drag equipment is optional for the upper and lower body segments, and a small ball is used for the abs segment, but a flotation belt or noodle can be substituted.
