Mat Strength and Stretch

IN-HOME MAT WORKOUT.  This is the last in-home workout of the year.  We typically strive to post at least 3 each winter season so that our in-home library continues to grow. Why?  Because sometimes you can’t get in the pool. Join Jackie for 20-minutes of floor work that includes muscle conditioning and stretching. You can use cans from the pantry in place of dumbbells.
