DEEP WATER CARDIO TRAVEL & TABATA ROUNDS. This 50-minute water exercise video alternates traveling cardio segments with rounds of Tabata, a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT). The traveling segments go above and beyond jogging to include a variety of arm and leg patterns that move in various directions to provide total body fitness results. This pool workout can be adapted for shallow water use. In deep water, a flotation belt is required.
