REHIIT

SHALLOW OR DEEP QUICK WORKOUT. REHIIT stands for Reduced-Exertion High Intensity Interval Training. This style of workout features longer periods of lower intensity recovery (3 minutes) paired with short bursts of max effort (30 seconds), typically in the form of sprints. Most important to note, REHIIT is recommended for people who have trouble finding the time to exercise. The science behind it is that a 10-minute REHIIT workout can deliver comparable results to longer HIIT and steady-state workouts without the fatigue and time commitment. Join Dr. Lori for a 17-minute REHIIT workout that can be done in shallow or deep water.  Don’t forget to scroll down and leave us a review.
