The Quiet Burn

DEEP WATER CARDO & MUSCULAR ENDURANCE.  This 50-minute deep-water strength and conditioning interval workout was designed to create intensity beneath the surface. Exercises timed at 60 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds recovery feature a full range of motion and applied force. The message? You don’t need to go fast; you need to go big and strong to maximize the resistance of the water and uncover the “quiet burn” below the surface. A flotation belt is required and webbed gloves are optional.
