DEEP OR SHALLOW TOTAL BODY CARDIO BLAST. This 25-minute cardio pool workout packs a punch. Based on the recently posted video, 100 Water Exercises, all 100 exercises are reordered into five segments targeting cardio, agility, lower body, upper body and core. Each of the 100 exercises is performed for just 15 seconds, making for a fast, furious, white-water cardio blast. This shorter video is ideal for use in the Poolfit playlist feature on those days you want extra cardio. Equipment is not required, but please use a flotation belt in deep water. NOTE: Because the 100 exercises are performed at a rapid pace in this video, it is recommended that you do the 55-minute 100 Water Exercises video first, to familiarize yourself with the exercises.
