Up Down Chair Exercise

IN-HOME WORKOUT WITH A CHAIR. This 30-minute in-home workout utilizes a chair for aerobic exercise, core training and a couple of high intensity interval training (HIIT) rounds. The action flows continuously from seated to standing for an up and down challenge that strengthens leg muscles, while training balance.
