IN-HOME WORKOUT WITH A CHAIR. This 30-minute in-home workout utilizes a chair for aerobic exercise, core training and a couple of high intensity interval training (HIIT) rounds. The action flows continuously from seated to standing for an up and down challenge that strengthens leg muscles, while training balance. This intermediate to advanced workout can be modified to all seated if need be. Poolfit occasionally posts in-home workouts because sometimes you can’t get in the pool.
