Upper Body Cardio Circuit

SHALLOW WATER UPPER BODY STRENGTH CIRCUITS.  In this 20-minute upper body pool workout, the same 10-move cardio circuit is performed four times. First without equipment, then with a pool noodle, then with foam dumbbells and finally with Aqualogix Upper Body Drag equipment. Feel free to use the same equipment each time.
