Irene is a physical therapist, but this content is not designed for rehab. This is a 38-minute water fitness routine for lower body training. The equipment used is the Aqua-Ohm and a pool noodle. Instead of the Aqua-Ohm, you can go without equipment or substitute the HydroRevolution lower body ankle fins.
