30 Single Buoy Water Exercises

Tuesday, September 09 2025

Single Buoy Burn with Jenni Lynn Patterson-LaCour is a 15-minute water exercise video that features 30 water exercises that utilize a single foam dumbbell. Targeting total body conditioning, each exercise is performed for 30 seconds.

Three of the videos posting in September are 15-20 minutes in length. Most Poolfit videos are full-length workouts, with an average duration of 45-55 minutes. However, we strive to also produce shorter (express) videos for subscribers to utilize with the playlist feature. The shorter videos can be combined with other pool workouts to provide a more customized exercise experience, without the hassle of switching videos when poolside. For example, Single Buoy Burn could be combined other express videos or a full-length video on those days you want extra muscle conditioning and core training

Pool Workout-At-A-Glance
Single Buoy Burn does not include a warm-up or cool down/stretch because it is intended to be combined with another workout. The 30 exercises are performed in a sequenced flow that has you moving constantly throughout the 15-minute video. This series of exercises was designed for shallow water and would have to be modified for use in deep water.

Poolfit extends a big thank you to Jenni Lynn for sharing her passion and workouts with subscribers. Check out her full library of Poolfit videos, and stay tuned for one more video with Jenni Lynn posting later this fall.
