Jenni Lynn Patterson-LaCour

Jenni Lynn Patterson-LaCour is an AEA Training Specialist, NSCA- CPT and continuing education provider for AEA, AFAA and ACE.  She has been working one on one with clients, as well as teaching aquatic fitness classes in New York City for over a decade. She loves to incorporate kickboxing, H.I.I.T., Synchronized swimming, Pilates, and strength training in the pool.
