This 60-minute pool workout maximizes traditional water exercises by first presenting a series of five base moves, along with four challenging variations of each. The twist? After introducing the 20 moves, participants will get to choose their challenge. The same principle is applied to four segments that feature hand buoys, webbed gloves, noodles and drag bells.
