15-MINUTE POOL CORE CHALLENGE. Join Jenni Lynn and Chris for a 15-minute core challenge in the pool that features five of their favorite S’WET core exercises. Five exercises are taught for 1 minute each, followed by 30 seconds of rest. A second round is then taught and each of the moves gets an intensity progression.

Core with LaCour is a 15-minute pool workout features five exercises that are taught for 1 minute each, followed by 30 seconds of rest. The challenge is then on in the second round as each move gets an intensity progression. You can even swap in some of your own favorite core exercises once you have done the video a few times.
