Workout with Jenni Lynn and Chris as they share some of their favorite core water exercises. Core with LaCour is a 15-minute pool workout features five exercises that are taught for 1 minute each, followed by 30 seconds of rest. The challenge is then on in the second round as each move gets an intensity progression. You can even swap in some of your own favorite core exercises once you have done the video a few times.
