Free Weights and Foot Work

IN-HOME CARDIO AGILITY & STRENGTH WORKOUT.  Sometimes you can’t in the pool. This 20-minute in-home workout uses a Tabata format and alternates cardio and strength using an agility ladder and hand weights. You do not need special equipment.  You can imagine the ladder on your floor and use canned goods or water bottles for hand weights.
