SHALLOW WATER CUSTOMIZABLE CIRCUIT. Join Stephanie for a pool workout performed circuit-style with three stations that can easily be customized to reflect the equipment you have on hand and the fitness goals you wish to achieve. Each circuit features three different exercises. The exercises are performed for 1 minute each followed by 15 seconds of recovery and then repeated. There are 5 circuits for a total workout time of 45 minutes that delivers cardio, toning and core.
