Kickboard Exercise Ideas

Transform one of the pool's most common pieces of equipment into a versatile training tool for building strength, stability and coordination. Kickboard CoreDination with Melissa Plumeau is a 17-minute water exercise routine that is simple in structure, purposeful in design and a great way to challenge your body.

Workout Summary
Poolfit typically films longer full-length water workouts that average between 45-55 minutes. But we also film shorter 15–20-minute workouts because subscribers enjoy combining them with other videos using the app’s playlist feature.
This 17-minute video does not include a warmup or cool down because it is intended to be combined with other Poolfit workouts.  Be sure to warm up and cool down on your own if you are not combining this workout with another video.
Kick CoreDination features kickboard exercises that target strength and stability with grounded movement. It also includes exercises that target the core with rotational drag resistance.

Best Type of Kickboard to Use
Kickboards come in all shapes and sizes. It is best to use a kickboard that is similar in shape and size to the one used in the video.  This Speedo Kickboard Amazon link is the same one used in the video. This TYR kickboard Amazon link is the same shape and size, but for less money.
