Sometimes you just can’t get in the pool.  Join Chris for a 60-minute in-home workout that incorporates a chair, mat and a rubberized loop for impact-free muscle conditioning, core work and flexibility training.

Rain, cold temperatures, health issues or a malfunctioning pool can all prevent you from enjoying your water exercise.  For this reason, Poolfit is dedicated to expanding their in-home exercise videos so that you don’t have to miss a workout.  Given that most subscribers prefer water exercise because it is kinder on the joints, we strive to only post low or non-impact in-home workouts. 

Non-Impact Total Body Conditioning with Chris is designed to keep your muscles and joints working with simple exercises that are performed on a mat or standing with a chair nearby for balance.  The only equipment needed is a rubberized loop.  If you do not have a rubberized loop, consider just going without since only a couple exercises are performed with the loop and they can be modified.  If you would like to purchase a loop, consider a packet of 5 with different resistance levels.  Smarter Life Resistance Loop Band 5-Set is available on Amazon for $15.00.
