Non-Impact Total Body Conditioning with Chris is designed to keep your muscles and joints working with simple exercises that are performed on a mat or standing with a chair nearby for balance. The only equipment needed is a rubberized loop. If you do not have a rubberized loop, consider just going without since only a couple exercises are performed with the loop and they can be modified.
